Strategic Partnership with the Global Private Capital Association

The Middle East Venture Capital Association (MEVCA) is honoured to be strategic partners with the Global Private Capital Association (GPCA). We look forward to working with GPCA on events, workshops, training sessions, and joint research for both of our respective communities.

Founded in 2004 as the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA), GPCA is a non-profit, independent membership organization representing private capital investors who manage more than USD 2 trillion in assets across Asia, Latin America, Africa, Central & Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

With headquarters in New York and Singapore, GPCA includes LAVCA — the Association for Private Capital Investment in Latin America — which operates as a parallel membership organization with its own dedicated team and board. Through this collaboration, GPCA co-hosts practitioner-led training programs and facilitates connections between global industry leaders and the MEVCA community.

We are pleased to announce a three-year strategic partnership between e&, a global technology group, and the Middle East Venture Capital Association — the first partnership of its kind for the association.

The collaboration brings together e&'s regional scale and innovation capabilities with MEVCA's role as the leading industry body for venture capital and private markets in the Middle East, supporting ecosystem development, knowledge sharing, and engagement across investors, corporates, founders, and policymakers.
